Schedule
- Sessions will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- Start times vary between 3:30 and 4:15 p.m.
- We will work to accommodate schedules to the best of our ability.
- Each session is 90 minutes.

Program Overview
This is the prep, mobility, and strength & conditioning that is provided for players in our training program. Athletes who participate in the hitting training program but not Velocity & Arm Care will benefit from this added training. Speed and agility training will also be incorporated into the program.
