High school baseball in South Dakota is a club sport, and the HBA sponsors teams at the freshman/sophomore, junior varsity, and varsity levels. Pitchers and catchers will start on Monday, Feb. 5, with remaining position players starting on Monday, Feb. 12. Games typically begin in early April and run through late May.
